We stayed as going to civic halls concert, which is a 15 minute walk or short uber ride £6.00, the room was spotlessly clean, bed soooo comfy, staff extremely friendly and efficient and the breakfast which we pre ordered was absolutely lovely. The parking is great and secure, locked at night.There is a beautiful park opposite, and it's an extremely quiet neighbourhood. The owner is lovely and she went out of her way to chat and make us feel welcome. Thankyou to you and all of your staff.

Stayed one night to go and see a band nearby. All the staff were so polite and attentive, I felt like I was in a 5 star boutique hotel ! The room was very spacious, clean and well appointed, and we also had a luxury shower !! All in all, I would without hesitation stay here again. Many thanks to you all :o)
This hotel gets the main things right. Friendly staff, quiet location, spotlessly clean, large comfy bed, nice pillows, ample off-street parking and quality breakfast. There are just a couple of little things in my book that would stop it getting 5 stars. The bath towel and the hand towel could both do with being a lot bigger/thicker (there was only one of each) and the tea/coffee room supplies were minimal.
