I needed the battery in my Omega Seamaster replacing and I called into this delightful shop. Kind, attentive staff who had no hesitation in promptly setting about replacing my watch battery. This was a level of service that I simply am not used to being from down south. Swift, efficient, polite and all for the princely sum of £3.50 (I have been paying £80+ until now). 12/10/24: Watch and gold chain repaired and collected today. Outstanding service as usual. I encourage others to make this jewellers their first port of call. If you don't live in Ripon, it is well worth travelling the distance for the service you will receive. Further to my last 5 star review - I collected a gold bracelet today (28/09/24) from A.M.Row & Son and I am absolutely delighted. I had broken it in two places and the repair is SUPERB!
