I am a very unhappy senior citizen living on a fixed income. I chose this particular service because of HomeAdvisor. While the owner/technician was very friendly and personable, he failed to fix my LG refrigerator and charged me $866. He came out three different days and charged me for three parts that he said were defective. .The refrigerator still did not cool properly. Came on time very professional explained the problem and cost and was very truthful I trusted Aaron with all choices and came to a favorable decision . Would be glad to tell everyone how honest and good at what he can do.
Aron called and offered to come over the same day to replace my trash compactor. We discussed what features I desired and helped me decide on the product. He arrived on time and performed the removal and installation quickly and cleanly. We are very satisfied, and we recommended him to our son who needs a dishwasher repair.
