It is so refreshing to actually have someone show up when they promise and to be affordable as well. And this was on a weekend with no extra charge for after business hours. After they finished with my washing machine, they even gave me a couple of tips for some separate issues that I am having with a different appliance and a quote for repair. They gave me their time and attention and were very professional and courteous. I will hire them for my next appliance job.

Very courteous, explained what was going on, took 2 trips to get it right, after first fix the problem got worse, came out second time no charge.

They were very professional and tried to solve the problem with my garbage disposer, they were unable to find the part necessary to do the job and said I should contact an electrician.
Thanks to Home Advisor's recommendation, I could arrange the appointment with A & A Appliance Repair. The service charge to fix the gas stove was $50.00 + part cost, if any, as contracted by phone. FYI, however, the technician charged $100.00 as he alleged that the stuck panel was fixed for $50.00 and another charge of $50.00 for the offer of $455.73 replacing 5 GE switches which was denied not to replace the part because the price of new GE Profile gas range set is about $800.00 (and about $400.00 at Sears Outlet). They are ok for basic simple repairs. However, for major repairs they did not seem to know what to do. Also, they told me that I had to deal with LG to get the parts that are under warranty, as opposed to them ordering them directly, which I would expect.
