The technicians were professional and courteous. They fix my Refrigerator replaced the "Defrost Heater" Yes, I will used them again.

They replaced a compressor relay on my Kitchen Aid Refrigerator/Freezer. They were able to come out the same day. They were courteous and professional. I would hire again.

They were ontime. They charged $220 for cleaning the coils. Within 3 hours refrigerator not working again. They did return and showed me a block of ice between freezer bins and back of freezer. Told me that it would need to thaw and then repair either $400 or $800 on top of the $220 i already paid. I told him I would replace. Later i just thawed the unit and all is working. Doubt it needed the coil cleaning and they did not clean up afterwards
