Aaron was very prompt. Responded to my request for quote on Sunday within 30 minutes of submitting it on Sunday! He arrived as promised and quickly found and fixed the problem. I will use A&A any time I need appliance repair.

I felt this company draws you in with a $50 estimate fee, upsells you with a repair to make it worth their trip, and then skirts your issues later when they knew the repair wasn't going to fix the issue in the first place. This was a refrigerator repair. Before the appointment, I expressed concern that the refrigerator was not worth repairing.
