Mark Carpenter and I had a new heating system installed on 12-22-17 and we just wanted to recommend A1 to everyone. They were knowledgeable, service men were polite, and they installed our new system in a timely manner. They went over features of our new system with us before leaving. We are soooo happy with our new furnace. Thank you A1!!!
Just had a new furnace installed and I can’t say enough about the amazing service. Tyson G. and Lee (my comfort advisor) gave me lots of options, helped me make an educated decision that worked for me and made the sales process truly enjoyable and fun. Chris and the other techs doing the install were super nice and knowledgeable guys who did a great job. The weather outside may be turning a bit chilly but you’d never know it in my warm and comfy home. Thanks A1!
What a great experience! Technician arrived early, quickly checked out my heater and changef the filter. Came inside and lit my fireplace and while he was writing up my service contract which he suggested, my dog began to do her weird cough, breathing episode. Hmmm, Allen said, she has collapsed trachea. I have spent a LOT of money trying to figure out whats wrong and my heater tech just HAPPENED to have spent 4 years as a vet tech. A-1’s service tech Rick Rayburn recently did a super job on my spring seasonal maintenance check of my system. He was very knowledgable , prompt, and took the time to explain how my system works and why preventative maintenance is so important with todays heating/ac systems. Rick is the fourth service tech to check our system since we have been on their seasonal maintenance program, and all of the tech’s have been outstanding. Thank you A-1 for hiring only the best….
