I would definitely recommend! They were quick & very knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to restore our AC. And it was much cheaper than anticipated! 5 gold stars!
WONDERFUL SERVICE AND REASONABLE RATE. SERVICE TECHNICANS KNOW THERE STUFF AND WERE EXCEPTIONALLY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND VERY CAREFUL TO BE CLEAN AND NOT DAMAGE THE FLOORS. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND. LEARNED OF THEM FROM STICKER ON OUR 3 HEATING AND A/C UNITES AND GOT SEVERAL QUOTES AND THEY WERE BY FAR THE LOWEST.
We've used A-1 for the past 10 years and have had a wonderful experience. They've replaced a furnace, hot water heater and most recently air conditioner and humidifier. The service is top notch, always friendly, courteous and timely. Our air conditioner went out this summer during a hot spell and they were out same day. It was replaced within the week. I was very impressed with the service we received while buying and having our air conditioner installed. TJ Karren was very helpful with explaining the different product by showing us the different models. He followed through with everything he told us. He was a pleasure to work with. Josh K and Julian were the install guys. they were courteous, professional and answered my questions. And get this gals---- they cleaned up any mess they made!!!!! The whole experience was positive. Thank you guys for your hard work!!!!!

This company is awesome!!! I recently moved into a new house (new to me) and I had some problems with the heating and air conditioning systems. A friend recommended A-1 to me so I called for an appointment. They were very accommodating with my schedule and quick to come to my house.
