RecommendedCalled A-1 and talked to Carrie one early cold morning about a error message on our thermostat panel. She was so awesome to get a tech out to our house that very afternoon. Jesse B. was the amazing tech that came out and worked his magic and got our furnace working again immediately. I have been using A-1 since we had our mini split installed. aside from the higher service fee(because im "out of area") I've have been fairly happy. When I scheduled this year's maintenance I did express my concerns for not getting a thorough cleaning in the past, so they sent Matt out who did an amazing job and answered every silly question I had. I was even given a discount on the fee(there was amid up with what I was told vs. what I paid) but they made it right. I'll continue to have them work on my machine in the future... read more
The technician who came out to 12783 fernleaf today in Boise Idaho was an absolute class act. We had polar heating and air conditioning try to charge my client for an entire new unit when only the capacitor was the issue. Whatever you do always get a 2nd opinion or just start with the right company first. I am very impressed with the service we received from A1 heating and air conditioning.
My AC went out right before I was going to leave on vacation and they were able to accommodate me on a rush basis, set me up with financing, give me multiple quotes, had friendly and knowledgeable techs. I had a new AC installed the next day before I left. Everything was smooth and they made it all so simple and worry free. They also showed me different options and explained everything really well. Very transparent. I will keep using them for sure!!!
