We haven't had air conditioning since the beginning of July after our furnace broke down and then had a minor electrical fire. Through our property management another company came out, said they fixed things and then we had another electrical fire a FEW MORE TIMES that same company came out FIVE times, had poor communication and refused to talk things out with me and would only speak to my husband. 5 STARS! Fantastic! So what do you do when it is nearly 10 PM on a hot Saturday, the power 'blips' and the AC stops supplying cool air? Well, I called A1 Heating and Air Conditioning! The lady who answered their service line was friendly and helpful (even asking me to confirm I was OK with after hours service charges before contacting A1!). For monthly maintenance as well as for installations. We just had them install a ductless heat pump. They did an excellent job and worked with us throughout the process to make sure the work was done correctly. Excellent work.
A-1 just performed our annual HVAC service. Rob was efficient and knowledgeable .
