A few weeks ago our A/C compressor stopped working. The A1 on-call tech came out that night and got it working for the night and then TJ KARREN visited us the next day. TJ has been very pleasant and helpful throughout the entire process of determining what equipment to use to replace our entire A/C and furnace system. We should be set for the duration ... My husband and I have utilized the services of this company for the past 19+ years. This year we had to replace our furnace and AC and TJ came to our home and went over all the options, costs, and services. Thanks for your quick service to fix my ac unit. Mike the tech did a great job today. No pushing upsell. We really appreciate you coming so quickly. We have four little kids, one with a fever, so no ac was really brutal.
Big thanks to the McCall crew for taking such great care of us late last night. Erin promptly responded to my post on Facebook, Randy called us right away and a very nice technician took his Friday night to come @ 9 pm and had our furnace working in no time! I apologize but I can't remember his name. He was very nice and even took the time to show interest when our son wanted to show off his toy. Great group of people!
