Very professional, lovely family owned Buisness and very helpful. Would highly recommend A1 carpets and will be back . Thank you for my daughters bedroom carpet fitted perfectly.
Place is terrible booked for them to come out to measure the floor twice they never came out also tried ringing the shop and had no answer. I advise no one to use there absolute joke of the place
Most excellent shop
Jade was supposed to arrive and conduct measures on the 5th of August at 4pm. I waited 20 mins. At 4:29pm she called said do you still want me to come out and do the measurements. She failed to notify me in advance about her deley nor did she make any continued efforts to notify me in advance that she maybe late. I am deeply reproached by her unprofessional behaviour. I do not recommend this company.
Absolutely brilliant family owned carpet shop. Best price and service around. Jade is very friendly and always tries to do the best by her customers. Very professionally and caring. First class from start to finish. Couldn't recommend A1 Carpets any higher and will tell everyone who needs a carpet to go to this company. The carpet is beautiful and was expertly fitted by Martin. He's an absolute star as well. If you need a carpet and have it fitted you couldn’t do any better than A1 Carpets.
