Without a doubt the best workout I've had in a long time! Recently, I had a baby and i don't have much time to workout between work, school and the new little guy. But this! 9 rounds..30 minutes! Best thing ever! Full body's workout and I feel great afterward! Just finished my first 9 rounds this morning and planning on coming back and getting a membership! Thanks Ira!
