I � 9Round!! It's always fun and always changing… so it keeps me coming back. With three kids and a busy life I hardly ever know if I'm coming or going. Having the option to drop in and start a class at anytime is amazing! I never have to be worried about being on time �. Try it out! You'll love it!
I get as hard of a workout in 30 minutes here as I have at Orange Theory or anywhere else in an hour- at a much more reasonable price! And no class times makes it possible to squeeze it in anytime- no excuses! Ira & Lynne plus Laura & the other trainers teach you everything. It's like having your own personal trainer every workout. I continue to lose pounds and inches and gain confidence!! 💪🏻🥊
I never liked working out until I got to 9round. Have been going for over a year and am never at a lack of motivation. Every time I go, I know I'm going to feel great after. I had trouble finding the right fit for a while. I couldn't make it to scheduled classes and didn't have the time to work out. But the drop in 30 minute class make it manageable for me and my schedule. Everyone is friendly and Ira and Lynn make you feel comfortable whether you are a beginner or veteran. I can't recommend this place enough!!!
This experience has been nothing short of fantastic. The location and operating times are optimal for my schedule. I enjoy the 30 minutes of challenging the body to push harder. What's important to me when attending a gym is the level of energy, cleanliness and efficiency of the trainers. I'm ecstatic and feel encouraged by the trainers. .
Motivational and awesome over all. Wonderful location and phenomenal work out.
