3 years ago I was miserable. Overweight and out if shape. As of today I am over 50 lbs lighter and in better shape then I have been in years. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to change how they look and feel!
RecommendedHad my first 9Rounds workout recently and it was GREAT! I love that I can go on my own schedule, not have to wait for a class time and in 30-40 minutes get an amazing workout with personal trainers that help you every step of the way.
I went to 9 round this morning with my mom and trained with coach Laura Jean. The workout was challenging but we were able to handle it. Coach Laura helped make the workout easier by letting us go at our own pace. I recommend trying 9 round out if your interested in kickboxing!
Drove by one day saw it , signed up, showed up and got what I was looking for. The workout was perfectly timed,I didn't even realized I had been working out for half an hour and sure did feel the burn after.

9round is a great place to go for a fast and efficient workout! I love this location and the trainers are all so friendly and passionate about their work. They really do want to help and get to know you. The workout is so much fun and you can see a difference even after a few sessions. I love that there are no class times and its only 30 minutes; it's perfect to squeeze into a busy schedule!
Today was my first 9 round workout and it was intense and very effective. The trainer Laura was extremely helpful. She helped me and modified each station for me. She had no problem demonstrating each exercise for me more than once. I will be back Monday through Friday. This place is exactly what I need for my fitness goals.
Love the fact that I can show up anytime and start working out and 35 minutes later I am done a complete work out. The staff are fantastic and the work out always changes so you never get bored. And its a great work out.
