Love this workout. Super nice staff and I love how fast you get a really good workout.
I had my first workout at this location today and loved it! I'm a member of a 9Round gym in Charlotte, NC, but am in Davie visiting family. I was worried about losing fitness while being out of town for a couple weeks, but the owner at 9Round Plantation/Davie has graciously allowed me to get in some workouts free of charge. A gym that values members over profit is very rare! I highly recommend 9Round to anyone looking for a fast, effective total-body workout!
This place is addicting. If you are looking for a no judgment work out place, this is a place for you. Ira and staff is amazing. 30 mins a few times a week is all you need to transform your life!!

I went as an invitee to support my girl Laura Jean not knowing what to expect. I'm here to say I was PLEASANTLY SURPRISED! OMG! 1st up I absolutely loved the concept, Owner Ira and Laura made it fun, kept us moving and motivated for the entire 9 Rounds....it was tough at times but I'm happy to share that I made, enjoyed it and will do it again!
