By far the best workout ever! It is great for all ages and levels of fitness!! I love that it changes daily, so I never get the chance to be bored. I never feel like people are watching or judging (like traditional gym patrons make you feel). Everyone is friendly and encouraging. Lynne and Ira are amazing. I look forward to going so I can beat up on some bags (great stress reliever) and get healthy. Addicted!! Best decision ever.
My teenage girls and I went for the first time yesterday. We are hitting the one year anniversary of my husband and their dad's death. We are needing this kick boxing workout in more ways than one! Hope it is better than therapy! Looking forward to getting in shape and losing some weight.
9 rounds of a truly awesome workout !!! 30 minutes well spent. It was a great way to end my day. They had me sweating by round 3 and the jump ropes are by far my favorite. definitely better than a 30 minute walk on a treadmill.
I'm 100% addicted! I love 9 round, it has made such a huge difference in my health. I'm down 11 pounds in 1.5 months and have lost over 9 inches total in just the past 20 days. I'm so motivated thanks to 9 round and the amazing trainers Lynn & Ira!!!!
All it takes is 30 minutes for a full body workout. You don't have to schedule a class, no waiting just drop in for an awesome, sweaty, intense workout. Don't be fooled by the 30 minutes, trust me it feels like an hour.

For the first time in years, i really look forward to going to work out! Awesome sweat therapy, workout & fun all in one! Plus the staff are, well it's like having 2 personal trainers...they are Great!!
