MY FIRST TIME EVER BOXING,GREAT WORKOUT I FELT GOOD AFTER. I PUT IN WORK BUT COULDN'T DO IT WITHOUT THE HELP OF THE INSTRUCTOR. I FORGOT HER NAME BUT SHE WAS AMAZING(THE AFRICAN AMERICAN GIRL WHO'S THERE SAT AND SUNDAYS). I'M OVERWEIGHT AND I THOUGHT I WOULDN'T B ABLE TO FINISH BUT I DID BECAUSE SHE PUSHED ME TO GO ,BY SAYING GOOD JOB N LET'S GO U CAN DO IT �,WAS TIRED AS HECK BUT I FELT GOOD, I DEFINITELY WILL BE ENROLLING. It's almost like you have your very own personal trainer, minus the price. The entire staff is awesome. They are very attentive, professional and keeps me motivated the entire 30min every single time.
I am visiting from out of town and was lucky enough to come across 9 Round for some quick, great workouts! This marathon runner hasn’t ever sweated like I did today! Ira is wonderfully encouraging and patient, but also tough!
As of today I have gone to 9round 25 times!! I have never felt so comfortable in a workout facility as I do with Ira and the other trainers. Everyday I am pushed to the limit and can't wait for my next class. It is a must try workout!

Love this place! The owner Ira is awesome and the trainers and helpful and motivational. Workouts are always different and it’s a quick 30 minute in and out cardio experience. I️ learned the speed bag in a few weeks. �
