The leasing office staff is helpful and friendly, there is plenty of parking and it is such an affordable price for a wonderful location! My only downside is that the walls are a little bit thin. It's only been a small issue so far and hopefully stays that way!

I have lived here for over 6years. It is a great p... I have lived here for over 6years. It is a great place that is close to downtown, while having secure entrances so safety is a concern. Im an older tenant, so accommodations are primary for me and 909 is at the top of the charts. Staff is fantastic and top shelf. For the leasing rates downtown, one gets value for the money. I highly recommend.
Gem in Nashville 909 Flats is out of this world! The location could not be any better - right across the street from the Farmer's Market and Bicentennial Park with easy access to grocery stores, food, and other shops & gov buildings. It's location grants residents convenient access to everything in the city without feeling like you are in the chaos of the city.
