Verified Renter Decent location, okay prices, good neighbors, friendly staff. Would rate higher if all the broken things were fixed and things were cleaned better. Also, open the pool already!

Verified Renter I just moved here in March of 2024. So far everything is great. Staff is friendly, complex is nice, great area. I had a few very minor initial maintenance issues that were addressed promptly.

Verified Renter This is a good apartment close to downtown. The management is friendly and they hold events for the residents to mingle. The common areas are nice and they helped me move my stuff in. My only complaint is sometimes the corridors smell and the walls are thin. But that doesn’t matter that much, it’s a good place to stay.

Verified Renter We have lived here since April 2023 and this is the first apartment that we have lived in that we truly love. Of course there are minor nuisances that happen, but you are going to have that anywhere! We absolutely love the office team and all that they do for the residents here.
