The apartments are... (Verified Renter) The apartments are lovely and spacious. The grounds are impeccable and it's very quiet. I love all the security measures that are in place especially in the parking garage. Also love the nightly garbage pickup.
I am frustrated... (Verified Renter) I am frustrated that the corridors are not cleaned as often as needed. Also, trash accumulates at the doors to the garage which is pretty awful to see and in times of a pandemic is pretty concerning.
Safety is the... (Verified Renter) Safety is the biggest issue with this complex. There is only a gate to protect the residents once they enter the parking garage. There are no additional security checks once you enter into the garage and with the gate often being broken and left wide open for many days at a time, this is a major concern of mine. It's a very... (Verified Renter) It's a very nice place and the apartments are very spacious! It was my favorite out of all of the apartments I looked at, felt more cozy. My favorite thing about it overall was the price. Again, that was one of the main reasons I no longer live there.

The staff is... (Verified Renter) The staff is on top of everything, always has a smile On their face and ready to help! We really need security cameras in the garages and hallways! Also would be very nice to have fobs outside all doors. Anyone can get in to our building as long as the garage gate opens
