I have lived here for over 6years. It is a great p... I have lived here for over 6years. It is a great place that is close to downtown, while having secure entrances so safety is a concern. Im an older tenant, so accommodations are primary for me and 909 is at the top of the charts. Staff is fantastic and top shelf. For the leasing rates downtown, one gets value for the money. I highly recommend.
Gem in Nashville 909 Flats is out of this world! The location could not be any better - right across the street from the Farmer's Market and Bicentennial Park with easy access to grocery stores, food, and other shops & gov buildings. It's location grants residents convenient access to everything in the city without feeling like you are in the chaos of the city. Avoid for peace of mind Pros: Good location. But that's all the good part. I don't know if other reviews are paid or are written fearing retaliation from the management. Cons: 1. Swimming pool wasn't open for a single day throughout the year 2022 despite numerous requests from almost all residents. They keep saying it's taking time to fix. How long? Do they need years together? It's swimming pool. Doesn't need rocket science knowledge to fix it. 2. After Jan 2022, my utilities have become 2x - almost $130 a month even though... read more
I thought the... (Verified Renter) I thought the location was great. It wasn't always super quiet as there was a lot of traffic. But I feel this is to be expected when living somewhere central, which for me was one of the perks of living there.
