For the area, it's fairly well priced, but for that I also have the great people in the office that have helped me on literally everything since well before I moved in. This complex has... (Verified Renter) This complex has been very accommodating to my everyday life and office personnel have been amazing!
I love the... (Verified Renter) I love the location of the apartment and amenities. However, there is quite a bit of noise from the shared spaces that I was not expecting. My guests comment on it when they visit and are often unable to sleep well on weekends because of the noise.
Would NOT recommend... I have been a tenant for 14 months the building is still half empty! The building was brand new when I moved in, with a great location, I was excited. The construction mess was ridiculous. The amount of dry wall dust that I vacuumed up that very first day was as though they didn't bother with vacuuming at all before putting down the carpet. My closet door frame and laundry room door frame were put on backwards and I had to submit maintenance tickets to fix them so I could utilize them without squeezing... read more
