Good place, good... (Verified Renter) Good place, good location and great amenities. I can't really speak for the social activities, but it is a quiet place.
The building is... (Verified Renter) The building is appealing, office is gives excellent customer service and we love our apt layout!
SO LOUD. Unfortunately it's incredibly loud here (neighbors, pets, music, parties, the pool, etc). I've talked with several other tenants who feel the same way and also feel like management does nothing to accommodate. I would not recommend. I can not wait to move out.

The location of... (Verified Renter) The location of the property is amazing.With the Farmers Market across the street the baseball stadium 5 minutes away and a short walk to downtown.I love it

I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend this facility because I feel like it is in a great location, good staff, and the layout of the apartment space is wonderful. I would however, again, recommend addition safety measures.
Well, the amenities... (Verified Renter) Well, the amenities are great and my apartment is fantastic and bright, clean and lovely. For the area, it's fairly well priced, but for that I also have the great people in the office that have helped me on literally everything since well before I moved in.
