In comparison to... (Verified Renter) In comparison to my old apartment complex, 909 Flats blows them out of the water ALL staff is very professional, courteous and goes above and beyond to satisfy your needs and concerns.
I loved the... (Verified Renter) I loved the community. However, my biggest issue was the other tenants. They allowed their pets to poop and pee throughout the property. I felt like I paid too much money to have them by do such things.

Pool is not overly busy and there is always room to sit and relax. Workout room has been clean and available every time we go to use it. leasing staff very friendly and helpful
The apartment building... (Verified Renter) The apartment building is clean and well kept, the office staff is so nice and friendly, any issues are fixed quickly and I feel like everything they told me when I signed my lease has been true.
