Verified Renter Nicholas the maintenance guy is fantastic. I enjoy the location and the free breakfast every other month or so. The staff is very personable to talk to and knowledgeable about everything you'd need to know. The coffee machine downstairs is fantastic as well.

Verified Renter Great location, friendly and responsive office staff. I love the amenities and easy access to multiple elevators/stairs. Another major bonus to this apartment is that they have a multi-level parking lot, making it easier to go to/from your vehicle.

Verified Renter Pool is clean. Gym has a lot of equipment. Apartments are well laid out. Residents are respectful of quiet hours. Complementary coffee in Lounge. Near by Farmers Market

Verified Renter I like it here except for I’ve been hit by a car twice this year using the crosswalk to leave here. Other than that, the amenities are really nice and the neighbors are mostly pretty cool.

Verified Renter Everything is broken around here. Doors to the elevator and to stairwells are falling apart. Floors are constantly dirty. Nothing is kept up. Amenities are in poor shape. The pool table in Love Circle is torn and not balanced. When you play a game all the balls go to one side of the table. Pool sticks are in bad shape. The AC always seems broken up in Love Circle.
