I have been a member of 9Round in the U.S. for about six months and visited this location while on holiday in the U.K. Great location and friendly trainers! It has an energetic atmosphere and they accommodate any limitations you may have while pushing you to meet your goals. When I first started at 9Round I had no kickboxing experience, was out of shape from Covid restrictions and intimidated about trying this sort of workout. Mark Kaplan is absolutely fantastic. He designed a monthly meal plan for me and it really made a difference. His support and motivation was also brilliant. 9 Round is an amazing club and has really made a difference to my lifestyle and fitness - highly recommended!
