Went in for a pedicure and gel nails. The lady was very attentive and did a good job. I felt relaxed and felt good after having them done. I thought £35 was reasonable.

I haven't visited for a while as I have been giving my nails a rest. Very disappointed to find that the salon is looking very dirty. This was at 9.30am and there was only one other customer in. There was lots of nail dust everywhere, everything looked tired and well used and not very hygienic. I appreciate that they get very busy but hygiene and good practice must be a PRIORITY. I became a regular client, but after a while, the young lady who works there stopped caring. I came out second time unhappy after her work. Even though she noticed that she left nail dust on my nail, she wanted to pretend it's OK, she repaired the one that I noticed she left the other one as it was. The pattern she made on my nail looks very patchy and unpleasant.

I have always come to this place for my nails but I was very uncomfortable and disappointed to have 2 ladies on my right and left vaping inside the salon while we were all doing our nails. This is a health issue, I am very concerned about the wellbeing of myself, the children that were inside with parents and others. As I reflect on this, I regret not leaving the salon immediately. I will never come here again until I know this habit is dealt with.

This place was amazing! My nail tech followed all the request perfectly definately the place to go get you nails done in town, they were also very patient waiting for me to pay!
