I have lived in 8500 Harwood "Luxury" apartments for over a year. A couple of months ago, my a/c unit started malfunctioning, to the point that they said they were gonna replace it. So they did. This new unit has never worked as intended. Every 1 or 2 weeks it stops blowing cold air. I open work orders every time, they come and put freon and leave, a couple of days later it stops working again.
