I love these apartments. I've lived here for over a year. My neighbor are great. Maintenance is great. And most of all, the location is amazing :)
My apartment has flooded 3 times in the past month and the apartment will not fix the problem. They just keep sending the extraction team to pull the water out of my carpets and cut the padding out and leave loud fans in my apartment every time. I’m tired of having to deal with this and Management is doing nothing! All management can do is try to pass the blame. Cheap apartments. Little improvements could be made, but if you are looking for something simple, this works.
You get what you pay for. Leaks that never get fixed and lead to permanent damage. Then when you leave they screw you over. If you can help it, I do not recommend this place.
I've written a negative review before on this place and for some odd reason all the bad reviews have been pushed to the bottom and this complex is at 4 stars again? Shady shit to me. Do not move here. The prices are amazing until you start living here and everything falls apart around you but nothing ever gets fixed. Granted everyone is so friendly but friendly doesnt get a job done.
Leasing process was great and the apartment looks super nice and thanks to Jaclyn for the great service and help with all this process
I am very pleased with living here. The staff at the office are very helpful. It is very well maintained. And I love the fact that it is well lit up during the evening hours. The fitness room is awesome, and the pools are very nice.
Affordable and spacious.The complex is huge has enough swimming pools to accommodate the amount of people that live here.
