If there was a negative number it would be negative 10. The office staff are a bunch of liars and a big joke. Desiree was of no help. Nancy always had an excuse as to why I had not received my deposit back after over two months. We left a forwarding address and talked to her almost daily the first months. Finally she told me they were putting my deposit in two day mail. That was over a week ago
Sometimes I feel that they just don't care about there good residents because they know they are gonna fill the apt a soon as you leave... Thats why they delay any big issues you may have... Ive been nothing but a good resident And after a year being here I feel that they are working to make me want to move to another complex.
Thinking of moving here? DON'T! Just don't! Bug issues? YEP! they got 'em! Management unwilling to work with you on problems? YEP! They'd rather just kick you out, than try to find a middle ground, not to mention the fact they can be QUITE rude and will ROYALLY screw you over on stuff that you have to pay to replace (cheaper to just do it yourself)
Beautiful property with great staff! =)
This community has great square footages for the right price. I love all of the changes that the new staff are making and being close to the college makes it a convenient location.
