Here is a genuine honest review who didn’t come into the apartment with the best expectations! We read all these awful reviews on here prior to moving here. We moved in June 2019 and moved out August 2020. The application process was super simple and they communicated with us very well from start to finished. I have been reaching since Saturday, about a leaking at my kitchen, and they have done nothing, last call was yesterday and I speak to Laura, and she said she was going to get back to me to let me know when they are going to fix the ceiling on my kitchen which right now has a mess, again nothing. I wonder if any of them will lived like this?!?!?!? They say that a leaking is not an emergency but yesterday that ceiling falling over our heads could hit one of my children or husband. I’ve lived here for a year now and the stuff is very helpful. Never had an issue here! Plus I love the incentives and prices offered by the complex.
We enjoy living here, the community is quiet and mostly clean (there is some dog poop but not as bad as other places we’ve lived), and the management is always going different things to show how much they care about the residents. Events, giveaways, etc, it’s really wonderful and I’ve never lived in a place that did anything like that before. My friends are jealous!
I love living here. the apartments are nice and they are quiet. not to much activity going on during the day or night it is nice and quiet and i enjoy living here.
8500 Harwood has an awesome staff that is always super helpful. The floor plans are spacious and affordable. Great location with lots to do and see nearby. I love living here.
I lived at this community almost 3 years and at time of move out they are attempting to charge me for new carpet ... new vinyl.... and two trash bags I left outside my apartment door. (Although I paid $25 each month for valet trash) I am an extremely clean person and requested “unzoomed” photos of these so called charges and the office staff did not provide me with them. The management seemed to have a person dislike of me and one member even spoke badly of me to the accounts receivable department. It was very unprofessional... read more
