Touch screen self service is absolutely trash. Half the screens don't work, and the 2 that did are unresponsive, and take literally 10 seconds to respond to presses. On the window is a massive poster saying free kids meal with any foot long sub.. when I tried to order this, the terminal wouldn't allow it. Staff suggested the app must be used as per the small (tiny) print on the poster. Tried this and still didn't work.
