Was treated to a voucher for my birthday and decided to use this on a lash lift. Went for a patch test, no concerns so booked in for the treatment. The lift didn't work and my lashes looked exactly the same (only darker from the tint). I had had this treatment before and know that my lashes do lift with LVL. I emailed them twice with photos after about 4 hours post lift to show that the lashes had dropped however had no reply. This treatment cost over £40 and my voucher was for £30.
