I previously left a 4 star review after an appointment where I was satisfied but not 100%. Since then, my experience has changed significantly. The NHS referral was successful and a long-standing issue (18+ years) was properly diagnosed and resolved in under 4 months. The dentist went out of their way to accommodate me, answer my questions, and make sure everything was handled properly. The dentist is busy, but the care and follow-through have been excellent.
