My son and I had an amazing day foraging with Stewart. We were shown lots of interesting foliage, nuts, berries etc including on the shore line. We were then encouraged to get involved with making lunch with our hoard. I highly recommend this course to anyone with an interest in foraging within their surroundings

I did a venison butchery course here on the 10th of Feb 2024. It was absolutely excellent, a cookery and anatomy lesson all in one, with plenty of information about ecology and hunting thrown in. Stuart was a generous and knowledgeable host and a good teacher, and his background as a chef means that he has a great deal of useful tips on what cuts of the animal are good for what dishes. It was a peaceful and focussed day in the creek with delicious (venison) lunch.
