I usually have a great experience here. My recent experience was very negative with a male nail tech who was intimidating and aggressive towards me when I returned to repair a nail set that I had done 2 days ago. The repair was arranged with another staff member who asked me to come in, but this male staff member in question took over the repair. Apparently he was the manager.
