I've been a loyal client for 2 years and love the salon, but this visit didn’t go as hoped. The style wasn’t right, but instead of complaining, I rebooked to fix it. The correction lasted only 6 days, and I called for advice—apologetically as I should’ve been upfront, rather than being polite. The manager's tone/manner was unprofessional and condescending .
