Ethan was so kind and knowledgeable. He realized my husband's charging port was dirty and cleaned it. He put it on the charger while I ran some errands. It was working fine and 70% charged. He didn't charge me anything. Some other places would have tried to sell me a new phone.
Very helpful and sweet. Great place for repairs and phone services. very knowledgeable staff. I'm reminded time and again why I come to this local shop and why I'm confident that I'm in the right spot everytime! Thanks y'all.
Wow! They are amazing! Fast, honest and they can perform phone miracles… I ran over my phone and left it in the rain (go big or go home! ) and within a couple of hours they had it fixed and looking great! Plus, they could have said that I needed more things done then I did. They were honest and even excited for me when they didn’t have to fix more. Really great people and amazing work! Thank you again!
Unbelievable service and expertise! My cell went down the day after Memorial weekend..my busiest time of the year! ATT took for ever as I panicked.. then I went to theese folks.. 60 bucks and 30 minutes! Cant say enough,,thank you!!
