Great food and nice staff.
Great food, great atmosphere, best smoked Queso beef brisket dip ever!!!! Char grilled oyster were amazing!😋
Staying in Murfreesboro but made a quick trip to Franklin for lunch. On a friends recommendation we had lunch at 55 South. Her recommendation was spot on!! Friendly bartender, very good food and cold beer. Can’t ask for more than that!!

This is a great place to hangout grab a bite, the menu is gulf oriented with great flavors. Gumbo and Shrimps !
Very friendly and positive atmosphere. Service was quick and helpful. Food was to our table in a very reasonable time. They made special effort to serve our granddaughter before anyone else. Decor is very unique and appealing.
Rude waitress. Food was mediocre. Was not impressed. There are many other better restaurants in Franklin.
The chargrilled oysters were the best I have ever ate. The deviled eggs were ok but the hot pickles were Devine. I had the shrimp & catfish poboy. It was too salty & very fishy. My husband had the steak & cheese sandwich. Neither one of us liked it. I got the slaw on the side with poboy instead of on the sandwich it was soooooo good. I am craving the oysters so I will be back.
