Very friendly. They work hard to get you what you want. Got my payments down to where I wanted them.The shop fixed the few small things that needed repair super fast! Worth checking out.

They tried to sell me a car that I didn't want because they didn't tell me that the car that I wanted wasn't there... I eventually got the car that I originally wanted but with more miles on it than advertised... And the only reason that I got what I wanted originally is because they tried to sell me another car that was more expensive and when I showed them the Car Guru on that car that showed a price $1,400 cheaper then the price they wanted to sell it to me for but when I requested they match the Car Guru price they came ... read more

Absolutely outstanding customer service!!! This may have been the best car shopping experience we have ever had, we are very pleased with the sales personnel and management at 518 Auto.
