50Floor installed Vinyl flooring for us in August. Our transition strip immediately became an issue as it wasn't level at install. (It continued to come off and crack). I reached out for support and a gentleman came to reglue it. Unfortunately, it continued to come off, and crack within a few weeks. Since October, I have reached out at least 10 times to multiple parties regarding a resolution/replacement. Unbelievable!!! Called yesterday to make an appointment for flooring consultation. They made the appointment for today, with a window of 9am-11am. Perfect!!! Was told I would receive a phone call one hour prior of them coming to appointment! Even better! So now….9:15am this morning, phone rings… great they are on there way!!! Nope….im called to be let down and told the consultant called off today! Yea…NO THANK YOU!! If that’s how this is already going to play out! I will take my business elsewhere! 50Floors just finished installing new laminate and carpet in our entire home. The workers were prompt arriving they worked without taking any breaks. The job was done their work was meticulous and cleaned up as if they were never here. The flooring is top quality and looks beautiful. We had other bids that were more and one less, but their products were more durable in our opinion.
I'm giving a 5 star review because the whole process from the first phone call to the final instalation was handled professionally, with great customer service, and a quality product. Love my new flooring!
