When I chose 2 rings that turned out to be not available any more, Steven said he would make one for me and used platinum instead of gold and a better sapphire, at no extra charge. I am very pleased with both the ring, workmanship and the excellent customer service. If I lived nearer I would find it hard to resist! Thank you.

I cannot fault this quant jewellers, the customer service was second to non. After 6yrs in searching for a ring I finally saw it in Stratford-upon-Avon. Being a pre loved item it needed resizing 5 sizes!! I paid for it and left it with .Expecting it to take about 3 weeks. To my delight I received it after 2 weeks, it fits perfectly and yes I love it. I treated myself to a gold bangle today & it’s lovely, Steve the shop owner is very honest, friendly and gave me a good price for the bangle, it looks great with the other one I bought from there last year!
