I have some good news friends in the area who had virtually their whole house refurbished, but can't post reviews publicly due for professional reasons. I believe they are extremely happy with the end result, even though the work was not quick!
Full back to brick refurbishment of our family home delivered on time and on budget. The best experience we could have hoped for. Professional, friendly and trustworthy team.
I contacted this company to quote for some building works, probably worth around £100k. I finally got a visit, and a promise of a quote - but then absolute no response to any follow up emails. I finally sent an email just asking them to confirm that they weren’t interested - I would understand if the job is too small, or they were too busy - and again no response. I understand from other sources that their work is good, although expensive - but this behaviour should be considered as at least an amber flag
