I had trouble with my garage door, Rafael from 495 came out, diagnosed and fixed the problem in a little under 30 minutes all while having a great conversation. 5 stars, would definitely recommend this company to others.
John finished the service request close to midnight. The call was made around 5 pm on a Friday, I appreciate the determination and service. He was focused and found all deficiencies in my system;, screws missing in the tracks, warped rollers, etc.. I recommend this company.
Customer service was bad, they would not answer phones and put me on hold and never come back. Tech assigned could not be more rude, looked at the issue for about ten seconds, diagnosed incorrectly and left without answering my questions. Had to have a "second opinion" come in to diagnose correctly. Terrible company.
495 Garage Door repaired our door today, they were absolutely great to work with. From the start the communication was wonderful, they informed me as to when the tech would come and how he would contact me 30 minutes before arrival, and amazingly, they followed through exactly as they said. ( That doesn't always happen nowadays) Aviv was the tech who was assigned to us, he was super professional.
