Excellent experience! From the first contact when I hadn't had a hearing test in 20+ years to the final consultation after testing, Dr Guthrie and her staff were personable, efficient, and communicated what to expect. From the tests to be administered, to the insurance coverage and costs, they did a great job at answering all my questions -- before I asked them.
Dana was so very knowledgeable and friendly. Everyone in the office was friendly and efficient.
