They were awesome. I didn't have to wait and they didn't make me feel like I was crazy. That the noises I was hearing were real.
That was a very comprehensive dizziness / balance functions test. I was concerned they were not going to be able to induce any dizziness and therefore not find any results. I was so wrong, multiple of their modern assessment tools were able to cause the dizziness. I am scheduled next week to review the results. If you are having dizziness or lightheadedness no matter how intermittent and would like to know the cause, I recommend 4 Bridges Audiology!
If you are found to have abnormal test they will just send you back to your family doctor to Order more tests. If I would have known that I would have sought out an ear nose throat doc that specialized in vertigo and not wasted my time. I knew my tests would be abnormal which is why I went to them for help. I got no answers other than “tests show a problem. You will need to go back to your PCP for additional tests.” Sigh. I’m back to starting all over.
They will happily schedule you for an ear cleaning without assessing if you actually need one. I would imagine this is why insurance is not included in this process. I was scheduled for an ear cleaning. When I got there they told me I didn’t need one. I had to pay 50 dollars for literally NOTHING. Don’t make the same mistake I did.
