Cannot recommend another company enough. Everyone was on the ball constantly, keeping me updated keeping costs down for me based on my budgets and never doing anything out of the plan without discussions first. We knocked into my garage to give an extension look to the outside. They cleaned up every bit of mess after each day! Completely transformed my home and I couldn't be more pleased! Would recommend to anyone.
I needed my fireplace removing, was recommended 3Elements, a local construction firm. Although a small job, coordination was needed with 3 tradesmen to remove the fire place, cap off the gas then plaster the wall. They coordinated it all so well, I just needed to let them in! 3Elements Construction came highly recommended and they certainly lived up to that! Hired to do our garage conversion, it threw up some interesting little challenges but Michael and his team delt with them all in a positive manner, always looking for the best solution for me. Michael and all the lads were fantastic all the way through the work...polite, tidy and always making sure we were happy with work they have done and were about to do. Absolutely would not hesitate to use them again!
What a wonderful company. My oak wooden floor had a huge risen warp along the whole length of the floor. The first builder that came out told me that I had to rip the whole flooring out and get a new one. I then called 3 elements, Michael and Cane came out, found the problem that was causing it. Lent me their industrial humidifier for week completely free of charge and the floor is completely back to normal! I could not recommend this company more. So Genuine and reliable. Thank you guys you are super stars!!!
Michael at 3Elements has built a single storey rear extension for us, and what a fantastic job done. The quality of workmanship is second to none, the communication from Michael and the team was excellent, and the team themselves were a delight to have working for us. If youre looking to have any construction work done, I can't recommend 3Elements highly enough!
