Good move in I've been living here for 5 months, the move in process was really easy which was nice. So far so good, the jacuzzi has been broken for a bit but so far I like the building.
Great amenities Move in process was good aside from a scheduling mistake but otherwise really good, been here 6 months. The building is awesome especially the gym and pool.
Do not move here DO NOT approach this building, ALL residents are trying to move out and find a way to leave. The management and owner do not care for our safety, do not listen to our concerns and have to be harrased to get an answer from them. There are people that do not live herr and they enter the building without any control. They have short term rentals (Airbnb, nuovo, etc) coming in and out, scratching the walls with their luggage, amenities are always full as if this was a hotel and we didn’t pay for them and worse o... read more
Horrible building I live here sadly and want to advise anyone and everyone to stay away. This building is horrible. Short term rentals, triple stabing, police here weekly, stolen ak47 retrieves from building and car break ins are a regular here. Stay away. I wish I knew what I was getting into before I agreeed to my lease.

Bad business We were approved and signed a lease, even were able to hook up FPL and cable. The day we were to pick our keys they told us something was wrong and we were never approved. Now we're homeless!
