Poorly maintained, lack of security, rude management Do not rent here. In the past few months alone, the gate to the parking garage has been broken repeatedly. The elevators are out of service and the entire building does not get properly cleaned. MY NEW CAR WAS STOLEN AFTER 2 WEEKS I have lived hear about 11 months. About 4 months ago my car was broken into in the secured parking area. Less than a month ago, I bought another car which was stolen from the second level public visitors parking area while I was waiting on assignment to a parking space in the secure area. I signed the lease to stay for a second year because Greystar was taking over the building and is a great company but unfortunately the local management team is very poor. The security of the building is garbage. My car had been broken into 2 times, along with others, because you can just walk around the security gates.
