Verified Renter Was never alerted before I moved that units on my floor were being rented out like a hotel. Very loud neighbors who play music loud after midnight. Unresponsive management who I emailed through the resident portal. neighbor has 3 dogs to my right and neighbor has a dog to left. Dogs peeing all over the hallway carpets. I can hear my neighbors in bay unit just talking because the installation in the wall is horrible. Rent is expensive for what the building offers
Verified Renter Do not rent here! Terrible service or no service at all! They will blame it on the new administration or the fact that they hadnt been hired when things happened!
Verified Renter Management does not value their residents or try to fix issues. They are still allowing transient rentals even though they say they are phasing them out.

Poor management Pool, hot tub, and grills have been out for 4 weeks and the management team tells you the contact doesn’t include amenities. Worst experience ever. DO NOT SIGN HERE. Not to mention 3 people were stabbed here once...
Beautiful Building I've been here for 2 months and I fell in love with this place. Sun deck is sick. Lots of cute pups in the building too. I was a little turned off by what a few neighbors told me but the new management seems to have their stuff together.
