They didn't Come or Call Me to Say They Weren't Coming They are 20 minutes late and I haven't heard a thing. The mailbox on their phone is full and I have called yellow cab who will be here in 20 minutes. I am going on the train and two days ago I put in an online reservation and have heard nothing from them since. Thankfully I made sure to put in for a taxi two hours early in case the cab company failed to come for me. I don't know why they are all five star on their reviews, but not from me.

Working hard to do a great job! Hello, my name is Michael. I am a full time paramedic firefighter with a daughter in the Spokane area. I explained my daughters transportation need to the owner of 24/7 who went beyond your typical level of customer service. It was amazing and encouraging to know that there are still some really good people working hard to do a great job!! I would highly recommend 24/7 Taxicab.

My two favorite drivers... I have called practically every cab company in spokane and they are all the same the vehicle is either gross and stinks like an ash tray or the customer service just sucks. I decided to call and try out 24/7 I set it up for them to be here at 4 and the driver Dj showed up 5 minutes early (never happened with other companies) That was pretty cool but he was just a very nice guy. Business Travel Corey and crew are great. They have driven me to the airport from my front door several times. So great to have a company committed to providing great customer service, clean cars, nice drivers and looking for repeat business. You are in good hands with them

Halloween Ride It was 2AM in Downtown Spokane. The first 2 times I called the dispatcher told me they were 45 minutes booked out and would transfer me to another cab company, but the line disconnected each time they tried to transfer me. The third time I called they apologized for disconnect and said a car would be by in 8 minutes. A nice large cab, big enough for our party of 5, arrived and took us to 2 different locations. Our cabby, Corey, was very nice and an excellent driver. Thank you for getting us home safe!

Taxi in Spokane We were Austalans visiting Spokane and really pleased to come across these guys. Super friendly, helpful, smart and clean cabs. Always great when you aren't too sure about a new city to find genuine people who instill confidence and a feeling of safety, especially when traveling with kids as we were.

Great Ride Honest drivers not the kind who will try to dupe you when you know that they are really charging you over the limit. They also come on time. Earlier than me, and even helped me carry my heavy guitar and amplifier. I really love their customer service. Very good in communication and delivering their service, and for a fair price too. Definitely

great service, clean car, cheap rates! the only taxi in town with a blue car-top light...this is the only taxi service i use for my late night advetures ;)
