Nothing was too much trouble. Amazing service.
I recently had a very disappointing experience with this chair rental company. I rented 20 chairs from them, with the agreement that they would be collected on Monday by 1 pm, as arranged with their driver. However, they failed to show up at the agreed time. The following day, I contacted the company to remind them about the pickup. Shockingly, they falsely claimed that their driver had come to my property, knocked on the door, and received no response. A smooth delivery and semi smooth pickup up ( although a major large piece of equipment was left). The delivery staff were nice. This is why they get 2 stars ( would leave zero stars if it wasn’t for them) Person dealing with emails is an absolute jobs worth. Really quite rude and invoices were not clear. Check your deposit fully. Instead of being transparent back and forth rude emails with this person. Inflexible pick up times. Wrong size bread basket given ( absolutely HUGE) so we could not use them and still charged anywa... read more

Very poor/dangerous driving, tried intimidating and force car in front to break the speed limit on a rainy day on a notoriously dangerous road. Then overtook on the motorway doing aprox 85mph in a high top box van. Not a good ambassador for the company.
